新时代加快推进城乡融合发展路径研究

Research on Accelerating the Development Path of Urban&Rural Integration in the New Era

随着我们进入了一个充满活力和机遇的新时代,实施城乡统筹协调发展,不仅是我们实现小康社会和实现社会主义现代化强国目标所不可或缺的一环,也是我们当前最为紧迫的任务。尤其在中国特色的城乡融合发展步伐不断加快中,我国城乡融合发展虽然取得了长足进步,但在推进城乡融合发展实践中仍还存在思想意识淡薄、要素流动不畅、公共资源供给不均等、产业发展内生动力不足等方面的挑战和问题。从提高农民科学文化素质、构建城乡要素激活机制、强化乡村公共产品供给、推动城乡产业深度融合四个方面提出加快推进城乡融合发展的实践路径。

As we enter a new era full of vitality and opportunities,implementing coordinated development between urban and rural areas is not only an indispensable part of achieving a moderately prosperous society and the goal of building a socialist modernized country,but also our most urgent task at present.Especially in the accelerating pace of urban-rural integration development with Chinese characteristics,China has made significant progress in urban-rural integration development,yet there are still challenges and problems in promoting urban-rural integration development practices,such as weak ideological awareness,slow flow of factors,unequal supply of public resources,and insufficient endogenous driving force for industrial development.This paper puts forward the practical ways to accelerate the development of urban-rural integration from four aspects:improving the scientific and cultural quality of farmers,constructing the activation mechanism of urban and rural factors,strengthening the supply of rural public goods and promoting the deep integration of urban and rural industries.
