温差电池制备方法研究

摘要 温差电池是一种直接将热能转化为电能的装置,具有无噪声、无污染、可靠性高和寿命长等诸多优点。传统温差电池制备工艺流程复杂、存在加工污染和材料损耗大等缺点。文章研究了一种温差电池的制备方法,该方法先在陶瓷基片上制作银电极,然后采用叠层技术将模板置于电极上并逐层填充热电材料,再烧结成电偶臂,最后经封装得到温差电池。该制备方法能有效避免热电材料损耗和加工污染,特别适合宽温度区间工作模式,能发挥各材料段的最佳性能,可有效提高发电模块的工作效率。 Thermoelectric batteries are a device that directly converts thermal energy into electrical energy,with many advantages such as no noise,no pollution,high reliability,and long service life.The traditional preparation process of temperature difference batteries is complex,and there are drawbacks such as processing pollution and high material loss.The article studies a preparation method for thermoelectric batteries.This method first produces silver electrodes on ceramic substrates,then uses a stacking technique to place templates on the electrodes and fill them with thermoelectric materials layer by layer.Then,it is sintered into a thermocouple arm and finally packaged to obtain thermoelectric batteries.This preparation method can effectively avoid the loss of thermoelectric materials and processing pollution,and is particularly suitable for wide temperature range working modes.It can leverage the best performance of each material segment and effectively improve the working efficiency of the power generation module.
