摘要
2022年10月教育部出台的《职业教育“双师型”教师基本标准(试行)》为职业院校“双师型”教师的认定提供了标准和依据。文章从职业教育双师标准出台的背景及内涵分析入手,对职业教育“双师型”队伍建设中存在的问题进行了剖析,最后梳理了“双师”标准视域下,职教师资队伍创新建设思路,以期指导职业教育高水平创新教学团队建设,推动职业教育高质量发展。
The Basic Standards for Double-Qualified Teachers in Vocational Education(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Education in October 2022 provides standards and basis for the recognition of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges and universities.Starting from the background and connotation analysis of the introduction of the double-qualified teacher standard in vocational education,the paper analyzes the problems in the construction of the double-qualified teaching team in vocational education.Finally,it summarizes the innovative construction ideas of the vocational teaching team from the perspective of the double-qualified teacher standard,in order to guide the construction of high-level innovative teaching staffs in vocational education and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
