摘要
采用多官能团柔性聚合物对环氧树脂进行了增韧改性,以改性后的环氧树脂为基体树脂,制备了胶粘剂。使用X射线光电子能谱分析了不同官能团对胶粘剂性能的影响,采用仪器分析方法,分析了官能团对胶粘剂理化性能的影响规律。试验结果表明当-C=O含量为5%时,制备的胶粘剂黏度为12000 mPa·s,拉伸剪切强度为22.4 MPa,导热系数为0.368 W/(m·K),体积电阻率为3.6×10^(15)Ω·cm,-40~70℃膨胀系数为5.33×10^(-5)℃^(-1)。
The modified epoxy resin is toughened by multifunctional flexible polymer,and the modified epoxy resin is used as the matrix resin to prepare the adhesive.The influence of different functional groups on the properties of adhesive is analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the influence of functional groups on the physical and chemical properties of adhesive is analyzed by instrumental analysis.The test results show that when the content of-C=O is 5%,the viscosity of the prepared adhesive is 12000 mPa·s,the tensile shear strength is 22.4 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.368 W/(m·K),the volume resistivity is 3.6×10^(15)Ω·cm,and the expansion coefficient in the range of-40~70℃is 5.33×10^(-5)℃^(-1)。
