基于正交实验的石蜡与碱洗塔黄油混合物性能研究 被引量:1

Study on the Performance of Mixture of Paraffin Wax and Caustic Wash Tower Grease Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 为实现废物再利用,将煤制烯烃中产生的固废石蜡与液废黄油混合,使其作为一种新型燃料利用,并缓解该混合物在管道运输中的石蜡沉积状况。对燃烧和管道运输方面的性能进行了研究,采用极差与方差分析探究了各因素对衡量标准的影响,利用正交实验进行了优化选取,以实现高热值,低黏度,沉积速率小的最优选型。结果表明:温度对固废石蜡与液废黄油混合物黏度的影响最为显著;流速对该混合物沉积速率的影响最为显著;最佳工艺组合可得到38.44 kJ·g^(-1)的热值,7.6 mPa·s的黏度,8.5 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1)的沉积速率。 To achieve waste reuse,the solid waste paraffin wax produced in the process of coal to olefins is blended with the liquid waste grease so that it can be utilized as a new fuel and to alleviate the deposition of paraffin in the pipeline transportation of mixture.The performance in terms of combustion and pipeline transportation is investigated,and the influence of each factor on the measurement criteria is explored with range analysis and ANOVA(analysis of variance),and the optimized selection is performed with the orthogonal experiments to achieve high calorific value,low vis-cosity and small deposition rate.The results show that the temperature has the greatest effect on the viscosity of the mixture of solid waste paraffin wax and liquid waste grease;the effect of flow rate on the deposition rate of mixture is the most significant;the optimal process combination can obtain a calorific value of 38.44 kJ·g^(-1),a viscosity of 7.6 mPa·s and a deposition rate of 8.5 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1).
