摘要
因简单将所有支架的来压步距求平均作为工作面的来压步距是不符合现场规律的,故采用以每日的工作面支架来压数为统计基础,通过算法获得支架来压数较多的日期作为工作面的来压日期。同时,使用新方法对天山俄霍布拉克矿11112综采工作面的支架压力监测数据进行了分析,结果表明,11112工作面来压步距为7.2~52 m,平均来压步距为22.3 m,来压步距平均值区间占比46%,工作面动载系数为1.15,来压强度缓和,此种方法可在计算工作面周期来压时剔除来压差异较大的来压支架,关注于多数支架的来压规律性研究,采用新的计算方式所得的分析结论与现场观测结果相同。
Because it is not in line with the site rules to simply calculate the weighting step of all supports as the weighting step of the working face,so based on the daily weighting number of supports in the working face,the weighting date of the working face is the date with more weighting numbers of supports obtained through the algorithm.At the same time,a new method is used to analyze the support pressure monitoring data of 11112 fully mechanized mining face in Tianshan Ehuobulake mine.The results show that the weighting step interval of 11112 working face is between 7.2 m and 52 m,the average weighting step interval is 22.3 m,the average weighting step interval accounts for 46%,the dynamic load coefficient of the working face is 1.15,and the weighting strength is moderate.This method can eliminate the weighting support with large weighting difference when calculating the periodic weighting of the working face,Focusing on the study of weighting regularity of most supports,the analysis results obtained by the new calculation method are the same as the field observation results.
