摘要
智能化开采是未来采矿的必由之路,瓦斯传感检测技术的智能化是保证煤矿安全开采的重要一环,如何通过智能传感多信息源来检测瓦斯是亟待解决的问题。将瓦斯浓度作为主要研究对象,充分考虑温度、风速、风压等条件的影响设计了一种智能瓦斯传感器,并在现场进行试验,通过在采煤工作面利用“边抽边掘”的方式抽采瓦斯,同时在工作面两端头布置瓦斯传感器,监测瓦斯浓度并建立数据分析模型,采空区的瓦斯治理则主要采用“采空区埋管”、“高位钻场”相结合的方法,取得了较好效果。
Intelligent mining is the only way for future mining.The intellectualization of gas sensing detection is an important link to ensure the safe mining of coal mines.How to detect gas through intelligent sensing multi information sources is an urgent problem to be solved.Takes the gas concentration as the main research object,and fully considers the influence of temperature,wind speed,wind pressure and other conditions to design an intelligent gas sensor,which is tested on the site.By using the method of"driving while drawing"in the coal mining face,gas sensors are arranged at both ends of the face to monitor the gas concentration and establish a data analysis model.The gas control in the goaf mainly adopts the method of"pipe laying in the goaf',the method of combining"high level drilling field"has achieved good results.
