大型井架纠偏多点同步电液控制系统开发 被引量:1

摘要 针对井架纠偏装备存在的抗偏载能力差、同步精度低、控制点数少、操作复杂等问题,开发了基于变频调速-高速开关的多点同步电液控制系统,其通过控制变频电机的转速和高速开关阀的开闭频率,以控制多点同步顶升,从而实现大型井架的纠偏复位。首先,设计了多点同步液压系统,阐明了系统的结构与工作原理,介绍了关键液压元件的结构;然后,设计了基于PLC控制的同步控制系统,开发了监控界面,介绍了控制系统的功能;最后,应用于板集煤矿副井井架纠偏施工。施工数据表明:在偏载80 t工况下,油缸的同步位置精度控制小于0.5 mm,可满足使用要求。可为大型井架同步顶升装备的开发提供了技术参考。 Aiming at the problems of poor anti eccentric load capability,low synchronization accuracy,few control points,and complex operation of the derrick rectification equipment,a multi-point synchronous electro-hydraulic control system based on frequency conversion speed regulation and high-speed switch is developed.It controls multi-point synchronous lifting by controlling the speed of the frequency conversion motor and the opening and closing frequency of the high speed on-off valve,realize the deviation correction and reset of large derrick.Firstly,the multi-point synchronous hydraulic system is designed,the structure and working principle of the system are clarified,and the structure of key hydraulic components is introduced.Then,the synchronous control system based on PLC control is designed,the monitoring interface is developed,and the functions of the control system are introduced.Finally,the multi cylinder synchronous jacking experiment was carried out under the condition of large eccentric load.The experiment shows that under the working condition of 80 t eccentric load,the synchronous position accuracy control of six oil cylinders is less than 0.5 mm,which can meet the operating requirements.It can provide a technical reference for the development of synchronous lifting equipment for large derricks and bridges.
