摘要
针对传统广播系统功能单一、传输方式落后、缺乏与其他系统融合联动功能的问题,提出了一种基于多网融合平台下的煤矿井下应急广播通信系统设计方案,对系统的整体设计框图、核心设备、软件设计进行了介绍,利用井下万兆级工业以太环网的技术,实现了“一站式”广播、有线通信、无线通信、视频对讲、与安全监控系统和人员定位管理系统应急联动等功能,符合煤矿安全监控系统升级改造条件,满足新型智慧矿山建设要求,提高了系统的兼容性和先进性,减少建设成本投入,提高了工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of single function,backward transmission mode and lack of integration and linkage function of traditional broadcasting system with other systems,a design scheme of coal mine underground emergency broadcast communication system based on multi-network integration platform is proposed,and the overall design block diagram,core equipment and software design of the system are introduced,and the"one-stop"broadcasting,wired communication,wireless communication,video intercom,emergency linkage with safety monitoring system and personnel positioning management system are realized by using the technology of underground 10000-mega-level industrial Ethernet ring network to realize the functions of"one-stop"broadcasting,wired communication,wireless communication,video intercom,emergency linkage with safety monitoring system and personnel positioning management system.It meets the conditions for upgrading and transforming the coal mine safety monitoring system,meets the requirements of new intelligent mine construction,improves the compatibility and advanced nature of the system,reduces the construction cost investment,and improves the work efficiency.
