摘要
在总结沸石分子筛和煤矸石物理化学性质的基础上,对A,P,X,Y,ZSM-5型分子筛的结构进行了介绍,综述了近年来煤矸石合成沸石分子筛的主要方法和应用成果,详细研究了煤矸石基沸石分子筛合成的主要影响因素及影响规律,构建了各影响因素与沸石分子筛之间的关系,最后分析了煤矸石合成沸石分子筛需要注意的问题及未来的发展趋势。
Based on the summary of the physical and chemical properties of zeolite sieve and gangue,introducing the structure of A,P,X,Y,ZSM-5 molecular sieve,reviewed the main methods of synthetic zeolite molecular sieve,and studied the main influencing factors of coal gangue based zeolite molecular sieve synthesis and influence law,constructed the relationship between the influencing factors and zeolite molecular sieve type,combined with a variety of modern test methods.Finally,the problems needing attention in the synthesis of zeolite molecular sieve from coal gangue and the development trend in the future are analyzed.
