摘要
为满足激光测距需求,设计了一种半导体激光束准直系统。通过分析高斯光束非球面透镜变换原理,在ZEMAX软件中对透镜参数进行设计优化,并使用光线追迹法对激光束进行仿真,通过对比分析不同距离处光束半径发现,激光束快慢轴发散角由22.5°和6.5°被压缩至3.78mrad和2.38mrad,准直度满足激光测距需求。
In order to meet the demand of laser ranging,a collimation system of diode laser beam is designed in this paper.By analyzing the aspheric Lens transformation principle of gauss beam,the aspheric Lens is de-signed,The parameters of the Lens are designed and then optimized in ZEMAX.And the laser beam is simula-ted by using the method of ray tracing.It is found that the divergence angle is compressed from 22.5°and 6.5°to 3.78 mrad and 2.38 mrad at fast and slow axis.The collimation meets the requirement of laser ranging.
