摘要
前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着男性生命健康。前列腺癌发生转移或去势抵抗不仅取决于癌细胞自身,也取决于癌细胞所处的肿瘤微环境。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞是前列腺癌肿瘤微环境中的重要组成部分,在调节肿瘤增殖、转移、代谢和免疫逃逸等方面发挥多重作用。近年来单细胞转录组学、空间转录组学及代谢组学等多组学技术深入阐明肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)的特征及其在前列腺癌促癌抑癌作用中的调节机制,这让我们进一步了解到CAFs与前列腺癌细胞间信息交流。本文就CAFs的生物学特性及其在前列腺癌中的研究进展与临床价值作一综述,为前列腺癌的临床治疗提供新思路。
Prostate Cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in male genitourinary system,which is a serious threat to male health.The metastasis or castration resistance of prostate cancer depends not only on the cancer cells themselves,but also on the tumor microenvironment of the cancer cells.Cancer-associated fibroblasts are an important part of the tumor microenvironment in prostate cancer,it plays multiple roles in regulating tumor proliferation,metastasis,metabolism,and immune escape.In recent years,multi-omics technologies such as single-cell transcriptomics,spatial transcriptomics and metabolomics have deeply clarified the characteristics of CAFs and their regulatory mechanisms in the pro-tumor and tumor suppressor role in prostate cancer,this allowed us to further understand the information communication between CAFs and prostate cancer cells.This paper reviews the characteristics of CAFs and their research progress and clinical value in the development and development of prostate cancer,to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of prostate cancer.
