基于虚拟现实技术的复合手术室系统的设计应用

Design and application of hybrid operating room system based on virtual reality technology

摘要 针对外科手术训练周期长、效率低、成本高等问题,利用虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术,结合血管外科领域的专家知识,设计了基于虚拟仿真的血管外科复合手术室系统。该系统采用3D MAX及MAYA建模软件,构建逼真、自由的虚拟手术室场景,通过合理的虚实交互设计,允许受训人员能够以一种身临其境的方式学习相关知识,并在场景中熟悉手术流程,规范化临床操作,减少现场真实环境对医师的辐射影响,从而达到熟练手术步骤、减少手术风险、提高手术精确度的目的。 Aiming at the problems of long surgical training cycle,low efficiency and high cost,a virtual simulation-based vascular surgery hybrid operating room system was designed by using virtual reality(VR)technology and combining with the expertise of vascular surgery.The system uses 3D MAX and MAYA modeling software to construct realistic and free virtual operating room scene.Through reasonable virtual-real interaction design,trainees are allowed to learn relevant knowledge in an immersive way,get familiar with the surgical process in the scene,standardize clinical operations,and reduce the radiation impact of the real environment on physicians,so as to achieve the purpose of skilled surgical steps,reduce surgical risks,and improve surgical accuracy.
