东北地区区域发展的SWOT分析与策略研究

SWOT Analysis and Strategy Research on Regional Development in Northeast China

位置重要、任务艰巨与发展滞后、路径缺乏之间的矛盾限制着东北地区区域发展水平的提升。从优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的角度分析可以看出东北地区区域发展问题重重,具体表现为路径匮乏、区域竞争力不强、民营经济发展不充分、地域文化的制约性以及对外开放程度不高。因此,东北地区应该从体制机制改革、开放发展新高地建设、产业结构优化升级、区域发展动力提升以及基础设施完善等方面着力提升区域发展水平和能力。

The contradiction between the important location and difficult task and the lagging development and lack of path limits the improvement of regional development in the Northeast region.Analyzing from the perspectives of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,it can be seen that the regional development of the Northeast region is full of problems,which are manifested in the lack of paths,weak regional competitiveness,insufficient development of the private economy,constraints of the regional culture,and the low degree of opening up to the outside world.Therefore,the Northeast region should focus on improving the level and capacity of regional development in terms of institutional mechanism reform,the construction of new heights for open development,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the enhancement of regional development dynamics and the improvement of infrastructure.
