伟大建党精神蕴含宝贵的育人价值,为中华民族走向伟大复兴不断输送精神力量。伟大建党精神是高校发扬实干精神办好人民满意的教育的重要力量源泉。辅导员是高校服务育人的生力军,以伟大建党精神涵养辅导员队伍育人能力,是促进高校高质量发展的重要抓手。提升高校辅导员育人能力要在以下四个方面进一步发力:一是坚定崇高信念,不负育人使命;二是继承革命传统,弘扬建党精神;三是明确价值要求,引领价值准则;四是厚植家国情怀,书写时代篇章。

The Great Party Building Spirit contains valuable nurturing values,and constantly channels spiritual power for the Chinese nation towards great rejuvenation.The great party-building spirit is an important source of strength for colleges and universities to carry forward the spirit of practical work to do a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people.Counselors are the force of the university service education,with the great party spirit to cultivate the counselor team's ability to educate people,is to promote the high-quality development of colleges and universities is an important hand.To enhance the ability of college counselors to educate people,we need to make further efforts in the following four aspects:first,to firmly uphold the lofty beliefs and live up to the mission of educating people;second,to inherit the revolutionary tradition and carry forward the spirit of founding the party;third,to make clear the value requirements and lead the value standard;fourth,to plant the family and national sentiment and write the chapter of the times.
