With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety.Food safety supervision is one of the important tasks to ensure people’s health and life safety.However,there are some problems in the traditional food safety supervision mode,such as inefficient data collection and analysis,opaque supervision process and so on.The emergence of big data technology provides new ideas and methods to solve these problems.This paper aims to study the application of big data technology in food safety supervision in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of food safety supervision.
