摘要
食品质量安全问题关系着人们的生命财产安全,而食品供应链的管理是确保食品卫生、质量以及营养的关键。相关部门要从源头出发,全面把控食品安全风险,确保食品供应链上下游能够紧密衔接,从而生产出安全、健康、优质的食品。本文简要阐述了食品供应链管理的重要性,从生产加工、运输流通以及市场销售3个环节分析食品安全问题,并探究其控制策略,以供参考。
The issue of food quality and safety is related to the safety of people’s lives and property,and the management of the food supply chain is key to ensuring food hygiene,quality,and nutrition.Relevant departments should start from the source,comprehensively control food safety risks,ensure that the upstream and downstream of the food supply chain can be closely connected,and thus produce safe,healthy,and high-quality food.This article briefly explains the importance of food supply chain management,analyzes food safety issues from three aspects:production and processing,transportation and circulation,and market sales,and explores their control strategies for reference.
