摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展和高校后勤社会化改革的推进,高校后勤饮食供应工作面临着新的挑战。本文以西北大学餐饮工作为例,提出了一系列实践做法,以期为高校后勤饮食管理工作的发展提供参考。
With the development of the socialist market economy and the advancement of the socialization reform of college logistics,the college catering supply is facing new challenges.Taking the catering management of Northwest University as an example,this paper puts forward a series of relevant practices in order to provide reference for the development of university logistics catering management.
