为了增产,不少农业种植户违规添加农药,造成食品农药残留严重。因此,急需对食品中的农药残留进行检测,以及建立一种快速、灵敏、精准的检测方法来保证食品安全。色谱仪器具有快速、灵敏、精准的优点,符合农药残留检测的需要。本文综述了气相色谱、液相色谱及其相关联用技术在农药残留检测方面的应用,旨在为检测食品中的农药残留提供精准的分析方法,为食品安全保驾护航。

In order to increase production,many agricultural farmers have added pesticides illegally,resulting in serious pesticide residues in food.Therefore,it is urgent to detect pesticide residues in food and establish a fast,sensitive and accurate detection method to ensure food safety.The chromatographic instrument has the advantages of fast,sensitive and accurate,which meets the need of pesticide residue detection.This paper reviews the application of gas chromatography,liquid chromatography and their related combined technologies in pesticide residue detection,aiming at providing accurate analysis for pesticide residue detection in food and safeguarding food safety.
