四川省部分食品企业检验员食品安全知识科普现状调查

摘要 本文对四川省部分企业检验员进行问卷调查,了解当前不同食品企业检验员的食品安全知识科普现状,分析其对相关法律法规知识的掌握程度与对食品安全问题的关注和认知。通过分析调查结果,发现存在的问题并提出相应的改进措施,为食品企业提高食品安全管理水平提供参考。 In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among some enterprise inspectors in Sichuan province to understand the current situation of food safety knowledge popularization of inspectors in different food enterprises,and to analyze their mastery of relevant laws and regulations and their attention and cognition of food safety issues.Through the analysis of the survey results,the existing problems are found and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to provide reference for food enterprises to improve the level of food safety management.
