食品检验检测是确保食品安全的关键,加强质量控制则是保证检验检测结果准确、可靠的重要手段。本文阐述了添加剂、生物毒素、浸出物、挥发油等检测内容,分析了样品的采集与制备、仪器的检查与保养、试剂的使用与储存、实验室温度控制等工作中存在的细节问题,并有针对性地提出质量控制方法,旨在提高检验检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
Food inspection and testing is the key to ensuring food safety,and strengthening quality control is an important means to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection and testing results.This article elaborates on the detection content of additives,biological toxins,extracts,volatile oils,etc.It analyzes the details of sample collection and preparation,instrument inspection and maintenance,reagent use and storage,laboratory temperature control,and proposes targeted quality control methods to improve the accuracy and reliability of inspection and detection results.
