摘要
舰船人员日常工作环境密闭潮湿,饮食条件较差,食材供应不足,易造成营养素的缺乏并诱发生理心理疾病。因此很有必要对舰船人员的营养状况进行科学评价并给予合理的干预,以完善营养结构,实现舰船人员高效作业的目的。
The daily working environment of ship’s crew is closed and humid,the diet condition is poor,and the supply of food materials is insufficient,which is easy to cause the lack of nutrients and induce physiological and psychological diseases.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the nutritional status of ship’s crew scientifically and give reasonable intervention,in order to improve the nutritional structure and ensure the efficient operation of ship personnel.
