Food is an important component of human life,and its quality and safety are crucial to public health.However,microbial contamination in food has always been an important issue in the field of food safety.Microorganisms include bacteria,fungi,viruses,etc.They can cause foodborne diseases during food production,storage,and processing,posing a threat to consumer health.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and quality of food,regulatory agencies and food manufacturers are actively exploring new testing technologies.Based on this,this article delves into the microbiological detection technology in food and explores the latest trends in the development of food detection technology,providing reference for relevant personnel.
