摘要
“姑苏桥”非遗面塑是苏州传统文化的重要组成部分,传统美食则是苏州饮食文化的重要体现。将“姑苏桥”非遗面塑与传统美食相结合,是传承传统文化、满足现代人消费需求的有效途径。本文在明晰“姑苏桥”非遗面塑内涵的基础上,分析“姑苏桥”非遗面塑与传统美食有机融合的必要性,并结合实际案例探索“姑苏桥”非遗面塑与传统美食的有机融合策略,以期为“姑苏桥”非遗面塑技艺的传承以及现代餐饮行业的发展提供理论支持和实践指导。
“Gusu Bridge”intangible cultural heritage dough sculpture is an important part of traditional culture of Suzhou,and traditional food is an important manifestation of the food culture of Suzhou.The combination of“Gusu Bridge”intangible cultural heritage dough sculpture and traditional food is an effective way to inherit traditional culture and meet the consumer needs of modern people.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of“Gusu Bridge”intangible cultural heritage dough sculpture,this article analyzes the necessity of organic fusion of non-relic plastic and traditional food,and explores the“Gusu Bridge”intangible cultural heritage dough sculpture and in combination with practical cases.The organic integration strategy of traditional food is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage dough sculpture techniques of“Gusu Bridge”and the development of the modern catering industry.
