厂房仓库火灾扑救“1+N”实战化探索--以上海市嘉定区的厂房仓库为例

Practical exploration of“1+N”fire fighting in factory warehouse--Taking the factory warehouse in Jiading District,Shanghai as an example

嘉定区是上海市的西北门户,繁忙的京沪高速、沿海高速和绕城高速穿城而过,是全国著名的汽车之城,各种物流、仓储非常发达。2022年以来,管辖区域内连续发生了多起厂房仓库火灾,该类火灾已成为当地相关部门的重点关注对象。为提高扑救此类火灾的处置能力,嘉定区消防救援支队认真分析救援力量、救援资源和灾害事故特点,总结历次火灾扑救的经验和教训,专门组织力量,开展实战化探索。

Jiading District is the northwest gateway of Shanghai.The busy Beijing-Shanghai Expressway,Coastal Expressway and Ring Expressway pass through the city.It is a famous automobile city in the country,and var-ious logistics and warehousing are very developed.Since 2022,there have been a number of influential factory warehouse fires in the jurisdiction,and such fires have become the focus of local relevant departments.In order to improve the ability to deal with such fires,Jiading District Fire and Res-cue Brigade carefully analyzed the characteristics of rescue forces,rescue resources and disaster accidents,summed up the experience and lessons of previous fire fighting,specially organized forces,and carried out practical exploration.
