公共治理视角下的电动自行车火灾隐患防治

Prevention and Control of Fire Hazards of Electric Bicycles under the Perspective of Public Governance

电动自行车是公众出行的常用交通工具之一,使用便利且具有环保效益,但目前电动自行车的生产、使用、管理等多个环节均存在短板,所致火灾隐患较多。为此,分析电动自行车火灾成因与火灾隐患防治的必要性,并在公共治理视角下提出火灾隐患防治策略,以期充分发挥政府、企业、社会等层面力量作用,切实提高电动自行车火灾隐患防治效果。

E-bike is one of the common means of transportation for pub-lic travel,which is convenient and environmentally friendly,but at present,there are shortcomings in the production,use and management of e-bike,resulting in more fire hazards.In this regard,we analyze the causes of e-bike fires and the necessity of preventing and controlling fire hazards,and put forward fire hazard prevention and control strategies under the perspective of public governance,with a view to giving full play to the role of the gov-ernment,enterprises,society and other levels of power,and improving the effectiveness of preventing and controlling fire hazards of e-bike fires.
