为推动队伍以“一短三快”初战机制改革为突破口,深化灭火救援理念创新、机制创新、手段创新,切实提高应急救援效率,高效完成各类应急救援任务,针对长期以来制约队伍发展的接处警实际时间相对较长等问题,结合试点工作推进情况分析问题短板,找准建设方向,明确建设标准,突出“提前响应”这个关键,并根据3个消防站模拟处置警情相关情况,提出下一步工作目标,以确保“一短三快”初战机制建设工作的落地生效。

In order to promote the team to take the"one short and three fast"initial battle mechanism reform as a breakthrough,deepen the in-novation of fire fighting and rescue concepts,mechanism innovation,and means innovation,effectively improve the efficiency of emergency rescue,and efficiently complete various emergency rescue tasks,the pa-per aims at the relatively long actual time for responding to the police that has long restricted the development of the team,and analyzes the shortcomings in combination with the progress of the pilot work,finds the construction direction,clarifies the construction standards,and high-lights the key of"early response".According to the relevant situation of three fire stations to simulate the disposal alert situation,the next step is proposed to ensure that the"one short and three fast"initial battle mech-anism construction work takes effect.
