摘要 机械自动化是一种将机器人和计算机技术应用于制造过程的方法,其在精密加工技术中的应用已成为一个热门研究方向,该技术通过提高生产效率、稳定性和精度,降低人力成本和错误率,使得精密加工领域的生产更加智能化和高效化。首先,介绍了精密加工技术的概念和发展历程,然后,阐述了机械自动化技术在精密加工领域中的应用;最后,介绍了机械自动化技术在精密加工领域中的应用案例。未来,随着科技的不断发展和技术的不断进步,机械自动化技术将会在精密加工领域中发挥更加重要的作用。 Mechanical automation is a method of applying robotics and computer technology to manufacturing processes,and its application in precision machining technology has become a popular research direction.This technology makes production in the field of precision machining more intelligent and efficient by improving production efficiency,stability and accuracy,and reducing labor costs and error rates.First,the concept and development history of precision machining technology are introduced,then the application of mechanical automation technology in the field of precision machining is elaborated;finally,this paper introduces the application cases of mechanical automation technology in the field of precision machining.In the future,with the continuous development of technology and technological progress,mechanical automation technology will play a more important role in the field of precision machining.
