信息化背景下农民维修电工职业技能培训模式的构建研究

The article analyzes the problems of rural electric power maintenance vocational skills training in the informatization background,such as the lack of advanced teaching equipment and insufficient teachers.The ideas of using information technology to improve the training mode are proposed,including building a network teaching platform,producing training videos,and conducting online interactive courses.Taking the vocational skills training of maintenance electricians as an example,the specific implementation methods of the training model based on information technology are discussed,including the design of online learning,offline practical training,and practical operation.Using information technology to improve the vocational skills training model for farmers’maintenance electricians is a feasible way to improve the training effect and participation,which can help improve farmers’skill level and employment opportunities.
