Talent Cultivation and Education Support in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略是我国“七大战略”之一,是促进农村地区经济发展的重要举措。其中,人才培养和教育支持成为乡村发展的重要基础与保证。为了更深入地了解乡村人才发展现状,对汉源县唐家乡人员结构组成、学历分布等特征进行调查,分析乡村地区教育资源不足、教育质量不高及人才流失等问题及成因,并提出相关发展策略,同时加强农村社区的多元化发展,鼓励发展非农业领域经济活动,满足乡村振兴战略对各类人才的需求,以推动乡村地区的可持续发展和繁荣。

The rural revitalization strategy is one of China's"seven strategies",and is an important initiative to promote the economic development of rural areas.Among them,talent cultivation and education support have become the important foundation and guarantee for rural development.In order to have a deeper understanding of the current situation of rural development,this paper investigates the composition of the structure of the people in Hexi Township of Hanyuan County,the distribution of academic qualifications and other characteristics,analyzes the lack of educational resources in rural areas,the poor quality of education and the loss of talents and other problems and causes,and puts forward relevant development strategies,while strengthening the diversified development of rural communities,encouraging the development of non-agricultural economic activities,to meet the needs of the strategy for the revitalization of rural areas for various types of talents.in order to promote the sustainable development and prosperity of rural areas.
