Research on the High-quality Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

近年来,我国促进中小企业发展的机制不断健全,中小企业呈现量质齐升、技术领先、预期向好的发展势头,在稳增长、保就业、促创新、惠民生等方面的贡献不断增加。当前,我国经济运行良好,但这并不意味着中小企业已然渡过难关,相反部分企业生产经营还面临着现金流紧张、应收账款回款难、运营成本较高等现实困难。推进中小企业发展,应注重优化公平公正可预期的竞争环境、优化资源要素配置和服务供给、提升产业链供应链现代化水平、引导提升中小企业核心竞争力。

In recent years,China has been continuously improving the mechanisms to promote the develop-ment of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).SMEs in China have shown a positive momentum with both quantity and quality rising,technological advancements,and positive growth prospects.They have made increasing contributions in areas such as stable economic growth,employment security,innovation promotion,and improving people's livelihoods.Despite the overall good performance of the Chinese economy,it does not imply that SMEs have overcome all challenges.On the contrary,some SMEs still face real hardship such as tight cash flow,difficulties in accounts receivable collection,and high operating costs.To promote the development of SMEs,it is important to focus on optimizing a fair,just,and predictable competitive environment,improving the allocation of resources and service provisions,enhancing the modernization level of the industrial and supply chains,and guiding SMEs to enhance their core competitiveness.
