加成型苯醚撑甲基苯基硅橡胶的制备

摘要 以1,4-双(二甲基羟基硅基)苯(BHB)、4,4′-双(二甲基羟基硅基)二苯醚(BHBE)、甲基苯基硅氧烷混合环体、八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵碱胶作催化剂,合成了系列乙烯基封端苯醚撑甲基苯基硅氧烷,并以此为基胶,添加甲基苯基含氢硅油、抑制剂和铂催化剂制备了加成型苯醚撑苯基硅橡胶。通过控制乙烯基双封头用量、BHB和BHBE总用量、反应温度和时间可制得系列不同黏度的乙烯基封端苯醚撑甲基苯基硅氧烷,其黏度在2000~20000 mPa·s可保证制得的加成型苯醚撑苯基硅橡胶既具有一定的机械强度,又具有较好的脱泡性和流动性。以乙烯基封端的苯醚撑硅橡胶制备的室温硫化硅橡胶可作为耐高温、耐烧蚀、耐高能射线的密封胶、胶粘剂及功能性涂料的基础胶,在核工业、航空航天领域,具有广阔的应用前景。 A series of vinyl-terminated phenyl ether methyl siloxanes were synthesized by 1,4-bis(dimethyl hydroxy-silyl)benzene(BHB),4,4′-bis(dimethyl hydroxy-silyl)diphenyl ether(BHBE),methyl phenyl mixture and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane as raw materials,and tetramethylammonium hydroxide alkali adhesive as catalyst.The additional cure phenylene phenyl silicone rubber was prepared by adding methylphenyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil,inhibitor and platinum catalyst.By controlling the amount of 1,3-diethenyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane,the amount of BHB and BHBE,and the reaction temperature and time,a series of vinyl-terminated phenylenevinyl phenyl siloxanes with different viscosity has been prepared,whose viscosity between 2000-20000 mPa·s.It ensures that the additional cured phenylenevinyl phenyl silicone rubber has good mechanical strength,defoaming property and fluidity.The room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber prepared with vinyl phenylene ether silicone rubber can be used as a sealant in high temperature,ablative and high-energy radiation,adhesive and functional coatings,and has broad application prospects in the field of nuclear and aerospace industry.
