单组分陶瓷化有机硅密封胶的研制

摘要 以α,ω-端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,与硅烷交联剂甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、增粘剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡配合,并添加不同种类的矿石填料作为成瓷材料,制得陶瓷化有机硅密封胶并实现了吨级生产。研究了矿石填料种类对密封胶高温成瓷性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃粉具有较好的成瓷性,但体积收缩严重;云母粉具有一定的成瓷性,但体积膨胀严重;陶瓷体强度较低,硅微粉和纳米碳酸钙均不具备高温成瓷性。用玻璃粉和云母粉混合制得成瓷填料,所制产品瓷化后体积会出现轻微膨胀,外观完好无缺陷,具有很好的防火隔热效果,各项指标均满足GB 23864—2009《防火封堵材料》要求,具有良好的推广应用前景。 The ceramic silicone sealant was prepared with 107 silicone rubber(polydimethylsiloxane)as the basic polymer,methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane as the cross-linking agent,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as tackifier,dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst,and the different types of ore fillers as porcelain-forming materials.The effects of different ore fillers on the high-temperature porcelain-forming properties of sealants were studied.The results show that the glass powder has good ceramicity,but the poor volume contraction.The porcelain mica powder has the volume expansion,the low strength of the ceramic body,and neither the silicon fine powder nor the nano-calcium carbonate has high temperature ceramicity.The silicone sealant has intact appearance,and good fire and heat insulation,which meets the requirements of GB 23864-2009,and have good prospects for promotion and application.
