低度白酒中白色絮状物与爽滑剂的检测

Determination of white flocculent and slipping agent in low-alcohol Baijiu

摘要 该研究采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术建立低度白酒中白色絮状物及爽滑剂的检测方法。白酒样品经-20℃处理24 h后,采用0.45μm滤膜过滤,收集白色絮状物后用3 mL异丙醇淋洗,对其淋洗液进行GC-MS分析,并对爽滑剂定量分析进行方法学考察。结果表明,低度白酒样品中检出了白色絮状物棕榈酸乙酯、亚油酸乙酯、油酸乙酯及爽滑剂(油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺),爽滑剂在质量浓度0.5~50.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数R2>0.998),平均加标回收率为92%~98%,精密度试验结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~2.3%,检出限均为0.2 mg/kg,定量限均为0.5 mg/kg。该方法前处理简便、灵敏度高、准确性高,可以用于低度白酒中白色絮状物的定性及爽滑剂(油酸酰胺)的定量分析。 A method for the determination of white flocculent and slipping agent in low-alcohol Baijiu was established by GC-MS.After the Baijiu samples were treated at-20℃for 24 h,filtered by 0.45μm filter membrane,the white flocculent was collected and washed with 3 ml isopropyl alcohol,the eluent was analyzed by GC-MS,and the methodology for quantitative analysis of the slipping agent was investigated.The results showed that white flocculent ethyl palmitate,ethyl linoleate,ethyl oleate and slipping agent(oleic acid amide,erucamide)were detected in low-alcohol Baijiu samples.The linear relationship of the slipping agent was good(correlation coefficient R2>0.998)in the mass concentration range of 0.5-50.0 mg/L,the average recovery rates were 92%-98%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)of precision tests results were 0.8%-2.3%,the limit of detection both was 0.2 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation both was 0.5 mg/kg.The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for qualitative analysis of white flocculent and quantitative analysis of slipping agent(oleic acid amide)in low-alcohol Baijiu.
