分析黑龙江省森林旅游康养产业发展的机遇与优势、劣势与挑战发现,机遇与优势方面,黑龙江省自然资源丰富,有多处国家级森林康养基地与天然氧吧,可通过政府搭台,市场化运作将绿色资源、冰雪资源变为热经济,在亚健康疾病的治疗方面发挥积极的作用。挑战与劣势方面,基础设施建设需要加强,森林旅游康养行业人才数量较少,配套旅游产品单一,同质化竞争激烈,对森林旅游康养理念的普及水平还需提升,相关政策支持也有待完善。为促进黑龙江省森林旅游康养产业发展,需加强基础设施建设,考虑将森林康养纳入医保范围,制定相关吸引人才、培养人才、留住人才的政策,创新森林旅游康养产业发展理念,形成品牌文化,打造试点单位,形成可复制推广的模式,构建“三纵一横”旅游通道,打造“三圈两带”旅游板块。

The study analyzes the opportunities and strengths,disadvantages and challenges of the development of forest tourism health industry in Heilongjiang Province.In terms of opportunities and strengths,Heilongjiang Province is rich in natural resources,with a number of national forest health bases and natural oxygen bars.We can turn green resources and cold resources into hot economy through government establishment and market operation,so as to play a positive role in the treatment of sub-health diseases.In terms of disadvantages and challenges,the construction of infrastructure needs to be strengthened,the number of forest tourism health talents is small,the product is single,and the homogenization competition is fierce.The popularization level of forest tourism health needs to be improved,and the relevant policy support needs to be improved.In order to promote the development of forest tourism health industry in Heilongjiang Province,it is necessary to promote infrastructure construction;bring forest health care into the scope of medical insurance;formulate relevant policies to attract,train and retain talents;innovate the forest tourism health care mechanism;form brand culture;build pilot units;form a model which can be replicated and promoted;build a“three vertical and one horizontal”tourism channel;and create“three circles and two belts”tourism plate.
