黑龙江省农村产业融合发展评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Rural Industry IntegrationDevelopment in Heilongjiang Province

实施乡村振兴战略,产业繁荣兴旺是重点。以黑龙江省农村产业发展的相关数据为基础,构建黑龙江省农村产业融合的发展评价指标体系,采用熵权法测算黑龙江省农村产业融合的发展指标,用耦合协调度模型计算子系统的协调发展程度。结果表明,黑龙江省农村产业融合总体上呈上升的良好发展趋势,在农业多功能扩展和城乡一体化方面发展相对稳定,各二级子系统之间耦合协调度逐步增加,这些方面利于黑龙江省农村农业经济的稳步发展与进步。应通过促进产业融合,提升农业发展,推动农村产业链延伸,发展精深加工,发展现代农业,完善农村基础设施等路径,进一步推动黑龙江省农村产业融合深入发展。

To implement the rural revitalization strategy,industrial prosperity is the priority.Based on the relevant data of rural industry development in Heilongjiang Province,the study constructs the development evaluation index system of rural industry integration in Heilongjiang Province;and calculates the development index of rural industry integration in Heilongjiang Province with entropy weight method,and the coordinated development degree of the subsystem with coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province presents a good trend of development on the whole,the development of rural multifunctional expansion and urban-rural integration is relatively stable,and the coupling and coordination degree between the two subsystems are gradually increasing.This is conducive to the steady development and progress of rural agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province.It is necessary to promote industrial integration,agricultural development,and the extension of rural industrial chain;develop sophisticated processing,modern agriculture;and improve rural infrastructure,etc.,so as to further promote the in-depth development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province.
