大学生就业心理状况评估及调控措施

Evaluation and Control Measures of CollegeStudents’ Employment Psychology

为评估大学生的就业心理状况,从心理基础状况、就业心理压力、学校和家庭帮助三个方面构建指标体系,并采用AHP-TOPSIS评价法对当代大学生的就业心理状况进行综合评估。结果表明,大学生的就业心理状况一般,学校和家庭的帮助对于大学生的心理影响最大。家庭的经济与精神支持,学校的就业观培养、就业讲座及就业课程的开展能有效缓解大学生的就业焦虑,促进大学生的心理健康发展。

In order to evaluate college students’employment psychology,the study constructs index system from basic psychological situation,employment psychological pressure,and school and family assistance;and comprehensively evaluates modern college students’employment psychological situation with AHP-TOPSIS evaluation method.The results show that college students’employment psychological situation is average,and the help from school and family influences greatest on college students.Economic and spiritual support of the family,employment view training of the school,employment lectures and employment courses can effectively alleviate the employment anxiety of college students,and promote their mental health development.
