大学生心理资本与学习适应关系研究

摘要 研究大学生心理资本与学习适应的关系,对提高大学生的学习适应能力有极大的推动作用。描述性统计分析结果显示:大学生心理资本及自我效能感、希望、韧性、乐观得分均高于理论中值,但希望维度还有提升空间;学习适应及学习动机、学习态度、学习能力、环境因素、教学模式得分高于理论中值,但学习态度和环境因素还有提升空间。皮尔逊相关分析结果表明,大学生心理资本与学习适应之间呈正相关关系;自我效能感、希望、韧性、乐观与其学习动机、学习态度、学习能力、学习适应之间呈正相关关系。线性回归分析结果表明,大学生心理资本韧性对其学习适应具有正向预测作用。加强对大学生心理资本希望的建设力度,增强其心理资本韧性可有效提高大学生的学习适应能力。 The study of the relationship between psychological capital and learning adaptation of college students will greatly improve their learning adaptation ability.The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the scores of psychological capital,self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism of college students are all higher than the theoretical median,but there is still room for improvement in the dimension of hope.The scores of learning adaptation,learning motivation,learning attitude,learning ability,environmental factors and teaching mode are higher than the theoretical median,but the learning attitude and environmental factors still have room for improvement.Self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism are positively correlated with learning motivation,learning attitude,learning ability and learning adaptation.The results of linear regression analysis show that the psychological capital resilience of college students has a positive predictive effect on their learning adaptation.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of college students’psychological capital hope and their psychological capital resilience,so as to improve their learning adaptability.
