社会实践活动对大学生就业的影响

Influence of Social Practice Activities on the Employment of College Students

为了探讨社会实践活动对大学生职业规划及就业的影响,选取某高校四个年级210名大学生作为调查对象开展相关研究。通过研究发现,多数学生认为参与社会实践活动能够起到积攒工作经验、提升沟通与人际交往能力的作用,有助于其职业发展并对就业有较大帮助。对此,大学生应积极参与多元化的社会实践活动,关注实践经验的应用,建立新的人际关系,留意由此带来的就业机会。

In order to explore the influence of social practice activities on college students’career planning and employment,the study selects 210 college students of four grades in a university as the investigation objects to carry out relevant research.Through research,it is found that most students believe that participating in social practice activities can accumulate work experience,and improve communication and interpersonal skills,which is conducive to their career development and employment.Therefore,college students should actively participate in diversified social practice activities,pay attention to the application of practical experience,establish new interpersonal relationships,and pay attention to the employment opportunities brought by this.
