教育实习对小学教育师范生职业发展的影响

教育实习是师范生进入教师岗位前将理论与实践有机结合起来的重要途径。对两所设有小学教育专业高校的师范生进行问卷调研和数据分析,发现教育实习有助于小学教育师范生的职业发展,实习学校的环境和基础设施越好,越能激发师范生对教育工作的热爱,优秀的实习指导教师对师范生的职业发展具有重要的引领作用,教育实习中的获得感能够提升师范生对教师职业的认同感。高校应精心选择教育实习基地,采用一对一教师指导模式;增加教育实践机会,优化教学实践考核机制。

Educational practice is an important way for normal university students to combine theory with practice before they enter the teaching position.The study conducts questionnaire survey and data analysis on the students majoring primary education in two universities.It is found that educational practice is helpful to the career development of primary school teachers.The better the environment and infrastructure of the practice school is,the more the students’love for education work can be enhanced.The function of excellent practice tutors on the vocational development of normal students is important.The sense of acquisition in educational practice can enhance the sense of identity of normal university students to the teaching profession.Colleges and universities should carefully choose educational practice bases,adopt one-to-one teacher guidance mode;increase educational practice opportunities,and optimize teaching practice assessment mechanism.
