摘要
OBE理论可为新时代高校思政课程教学改革提供新的思路和方向。采用问卷调查法探讨OBE理论下西安市高校思政课程教学质量和教育水平的结果显示,OBE理论下高校思政课程的教学质量及教师态度、教学内容、教学组织与设计、评价与反馈均处于中等偏上水平,但教学组织与设计方面还有待提升;不同生源地学生、不同年级学生在高校思政课程教学质量及教师态度、教学内容、教学组织与设计、教学评价与反馈方面存在显著性差异。建议以学生为中心,调整并构建思政课程的教学组织与设计方式;结合OBE教育理念,提高思政课程的教学质量,以稳步推进西安市高校的思政课程建设,不断提高教学质量。
OBE theory can provide new ideas and directions for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era.The study analyzes the teaching quality and educational level of ideological and political courses in the colleges and universities in Xi’an City under OBE theory with questionnaire survey.The results show that under OBE theory,the teaching quality,teachers’attitude,teaching content,teaching organization and design,evaluation and feedback of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are above the average level,but the teaching organization and design need to be improved.Students from different places and grades have significant differences on the teaching quality,teachers’attitude,teaching content,teaching organization and design,evaluation and feedback of ideological and political courses.It is suggested that the teaching organization and design of ideological and political courses should be adjusted and constructed with students as the center;improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses through combining with OBE education concept;steadily promote the construction of ideological and political courses in Xi’an City,and constantly improve the teaching quality.
