数据作为生产要素在经济活动中的作用机制研究

Research on the Function Mechanism of Data as a Factorof Production in Economic Activities

随着信息化与数字化时代的到来,数据作为一种生产要素逐渐被学术界所接受,对数据的认识逐步由感性向理性深化。从数据的概念入手,将数据定义为为描述事物而存在的信息流,发现虚拟性是数据最基础的特性,基于虚拟性进一步阐述数据的非竞争性、无限增长性、隐蔽性、边际递增性、排他性。阐述数据参与经济活动的两种机制,基于数据的特性重新阐述规模经济、市场结构、网络杀熟等社会经济现象,可以说明数据在经济活动中的作用机制。

With the advent of information and digital age,as a production factor,data is gradually accepted by the academic community,and the understanding of data is gradually deepened from sensibility to rationality.Through starting from the concept of data,data is defined as the information flow existing to describe things.It is found that virtuality is the most basic characteristic of data.Based on virtuality,it is further expounded that data is non-competitive,infinite growth,concealment,marginal increase and exclusivity.The study expounds two mechanisms of data participation in economic activities;and re-expounds social and economic phenomena such as scale economy,market structure and network killing based on the characteristics of data,so as to explain the function mechanism of data in economic activities.
