澳斯迈特炉喷枪用不锈钢310S镍基合金堆焊涂层抗高温耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 对澳炉喷枪结构、工作原理、材质等进行分析。使用镍基合金焊丝氩弧焊进行堆焊,形成堆焊涂层,对喷枪前端不锈钢进行涂层保护,使用冰铜作为腐蚀材料在中频炉内模仿澳炉对不锈钢310S进行腐蚀,对失效后的涂层进行形貌及机理分析。建立一种310S不锈钢堆焊涂层方法,延长喷枪使用时间及寿命,降低更换频次,提高生产效率。 The study analyzes the structure,working principle and material of the furnace gun.Nickel-based alloy welding wire is used for surfacing to form a surfacing coating to protect the stainless steel at the front end of the surfacing gun.Matte is used as the corrosion material to corrode the stainless steel 310S in the medium-frequency furnace by imitating the Australian furnace.The study analyzes the morphology and mechanism of the failed coating.A 310S stainless steel surfacing coating method is established to extend the service time and life of furnace gun,reduce the frequency of replacement,and improve production efficiency.
