抽水蓄能电站中水库大坝碾压混凝土施工技术研究

摘要 为了给抽水蓄能电站中水库大坝碾压混凝土施工提供一些参考,利用案例分析法,分析了水库大坝的基本情况,提出碾压混凝土施工技术方案,探讨了碾压混凝土施工技术流程及要点,对施工效果进行验证。结果表明,水库堆石坝碾压混凝土长宽偏差、模板面局部不平、混凝土坍落度、抗压强度均符合相关规定,说明碾压混凝土施工技术具有一定的应用价值。 In order to provide some reference for the Roller Compacted Concrete Construction(RCC)construction of reservoir dam in pumped storage power station,the basic situation of reservoir dam is analyzed by case analysis method,the RCC construction technical scheme is proposed,the technical process and key points of RCC construction are discussed,and the construction effect is verified.The results show that the deviation of RCC length and width,local unbalance of formwork surface,slump of concrete and compressive strength of rockfill dam in reservoir all conform to the relevant regulations.This indicates that RCC construction technology has certain application value.
