绿色循环经济下钢渣的回收管理研究

Research on Steel Slag Recovery Management Under Green Circular Economy

为实现冶炼行业的绿色循环发展,需进行钢渣回收处理。介绍了转炉钢渣的常规处理方式及不足,分析了绿色循环经济下的钢渣回收管理,结合炼钢生产线实际对钢渣回收处理体系进行分析,打造一套低流量、低枪位的点火模式,验证其应用效果,解决了生产过程中的泄爆问题,提升了钢渣生产及利用率,促进了钢渣回收,为我国钢铁冶炼资源回收再利用提供参考。

In order to realize the green cycle development of smelting industry,it is necessary to recycle steel slag.The study introduces the conventional treatment methods and shortcomings of steel slag in converter;analyzes the recycling management of steel slag under green circular economy;analyzes the recycling system of steel slag combined with the actual situation of steel production line;builds a set of low-flow and low-gun ignition mode;and verifies the application effect.In this way,the explosion venting in production process is solved,steel slag production and utilization rate is improved,and slag recovery is promoted,so as to provide reference for China’s iron smelting resources recycling.
