新能源汽车电控系统电磁干扰故障与检修维护方法探讨

摘要 目前,新能源汽车的市场占有率不断提升,而影响新能源汽车销量的因素中,电控系统可靠性是关键部分。在新能源汽车中,电控系统是汽车能量的管理的主要机构,为车辆提供整车控制策略。但是因为电池管理系统在工作状态下很容易受到电池环境的影响,因此,提升电控系统的电磁抗干扰能力十分必要,这对于车辆的性能提升有直接影响。本文就新能源汽车电控系统电磁干扰故障和检修维护方法进行探析,研究电控系统电磁干扰的主要类型,分析干扰带来的不利影响,并对新能源汽车电控系统电磁干扰故障检修维护方法进行介绍,为新能源汽车解决电控系统电磁干扰和故障问题处理提供一些思路。 At present,the market share of new energy vehicles is increasing,and the reliability of electronic control system is the key factor affecting the sales of new energy vehicles.In the new energy vehicle,the electronic control system is the main organization of the vehicle energy management,providing the vehicle control strategy.But because the battery management system is easily affected by the battery environment,so it is necessary to improve the electromagnetic anti-interference ability of the electronic control system,which has a direct impact on the performance of vehicles.In this paper,the main types of electromagnetic interference(EMI)in reactance system are studied,and the adverse effects of EMI are analyzed,the paper also introduces the maintenance methods of the electromagnetic interference(EMI)in the electronic control system of the new energy vehicle,and provides some ideas for solving the EMI and trouble problems in the electronic control system of the new energy vehicle.
