摘要
受电弓是城轨车辆从架空接触网汲取电流的设备,是电网与车辆的连接点,其性能的稳定可靠对电网和车辆都至关重要。一般车辆在架修和大修时,受电弓都会返回制造厂进行全面检修,随着检修车辆的日益增多,检修周期的不断压缩,对受电弓自主修进行研究并进行自主修显得越来越迫切。本文对受电弓自主修的可行性和风险进行分析,重点研究受电弓自主修技术。受电弓的自主修可以缩短检修周期,节约检修成本,降低车辆全寿命周期费用;还能促进主机厂对受电弓核心技术的掌握,便于解决受电弓各类型故障。
Pantograph is the equipment for urban rail vehicles to draw current from overhead contact line,which is the connection point between the power grid and the vehicle.Its stable and reliable performance is of great importance to the power grid and the vehicle.In general,the pantograph will return to the manufacturer for comprehensive overhaul when the vehicle is in frame repair and overhaul.With the increasing number of vehicles under repair and the continuous compression of overhaul cycle,it becomes more and more important to study and conduct self-repair of the pantograph.This paper analyzes the feasibility and risk of independent pantograph repair,and focuses on the independent pantograph repair technology.The self-maintenance of pantograph can shorten the maintenance cycle,save the maintenance cost and reduce the life cycle cost of the vehicle.It can also promote the master of the core technology of pantograph and facilitate the solution of various types of pantograph failures.
