摘要
器械难度是艺术体操个人项目难度体系的重要组成部分,结合高抛后接的器械难度动作,能充分体现艺术体操个人运动员的技术水平与创新理念,因此合理选用结合高抛后接的器械难度动作是增加成套价值的重要因素之一。研究得出以下结论:2022—2024评分规则器械难度部分,新增0.50分值;结合高抛后接的器械难度动作已被国内外运动员广泛运用,有效提升了成套动作的多样性、创新性和艺术性;器械基础部分,国外运动员倾向选用0.20分;国内运动员倾向选用0.40分;身体动作类型方面,国内外以近似技巧动作作为首选,国内运动员多选用平衡难度类型,国外运动员多选用跳/跃难度类型;国内外运动员身体动作技术不正确地运用、屈肘和不正确的姿态,器械技术错误为抛物线不准确,运动员需要进一步加强基本技术的规范性,减少扣分。
Apparatus difficulty is an important part of the difficulty system of individual events in rhythmic gymnastics,and the apparatus difficulty element in combination with catch from a high throw can fully reflect the technical level and innovative concept of individual rhythmic gymnasts,so the reasonable selection of the apparatus difficulty element in combination with catch from a high throw is one of the important factors to increase the value of the set.The study draws the following conclusions:The part of apparatus difficulty is newly added 0.50 points in the 2022—2024 code of points;the apparatus difficulty element in combination with catch from a high throw has been widely used by athletes at home and abroad,which effectively enhances the diversity,innovation and artistry of the complete set of elements;for the part of apparatus basis,foreign gymnasts tend to choose 0.20 points,and Chinese gymnasts tend to choose 0.40 points;for the types of physical movements,similar skill elements are preferred at home and abroad,Chinese gymnasts mostly choose the type of balance difficulty,and foreign gymnasts mostly choose the type of jump/leap difficulty;the technique errors of the body movements of gymnasts at home and abroad are incorrect application and elbow flexion and incorrect posture,and the technique errors of apparatuses are inaccurate parabolas,so gymnasts need to further strengthen the standardization of basic techniques to reduce the deduction of points.
