多元融合视域下退役运动员职业转换技能培训体系探究——以转为运动防护师为例

Research on Vocational Skills Training System of Retired Athletes under the Vision of Multiple Fusion——A Case Study of Transition for Athletic Trainier

职业技能培训是退役运动员安置的重要举措,但培训质量却参差不齐,基于国家对职业技能培训的导向,结合退役运动员的实际情况和市场对运动防护师的需求,该研究立足新时代体育强国建设背景,以服务体育强国战略为导向,聚焦运动防护复合型人才培养,直面传统职业技能培训的问题,探索多元融合的运动防护职业技能培训体系,以促进退役运动员顺利转换职业。

Vocational training is an important measure for the placement of retired athletes,but the quality of training is uneven.Based on the national orientation for vocational training,combined with the actual situation of retired athletes and the market's demand for athletic trainers,this study is based on the background of building a leading sports nation in the new era,is oriented by serving the strategy of a leading sports nation,focuses on the cultivation of athletic protective compound talents,faces the problems of traditional vocational training,and explores a multiple-fusion vocational training system for athletic protection,so as to promote the smooth occupational transition for retired athletes.
