Current situation and thinking of emergency medical rescue simulation training in public health emergencies

应急医学救援模拟训练是一种通过模拟真实场景来提高受训人员应急反应能力和团队协作能力的方法,广泛应用于传染病暴发、自然灾害、恐怖袭击等多种突发公共卫生事件的场景。通过模拟训练,受训人员能在贴近真实的场景中训练,提高应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。然而,突发公共卫生事件应急医学救援模拟训练也面临着各种挑战。本文旨在深入探讨国内外突发公共卫生事件应急医学救援模拟训练的主要手段和方法,以期发现我国当前在该领域存在的问题,并从模拟训练内容、提高器材使用效率等方面提出有效的解决方案。

Emergency medical rescue simulation training is a method to improve the emergency response ability and teamwork ability of trainees by simulating real scenarios,and is widely used in the scenarios of various public health emergencies such as infectious disease outbreaks,natural disasters,and terrorist attacks.Through simulation training,trainees can train in real-world scenarios to improve their ability to respond to public health emergencies.However,training in the simulation of emergency medical rescue in public health emergencies also faces various challenges.This paper aims to deeply discuss the main means and methods of emergency medical rescue simulation training for public health emergencies at home and abroad,in order to discover the current problems in this field in China,and propose effective solutions from the aspects of simulation training content and improving the efficiency of equipment use.
